Arthur Dayne hosts the podcast and Instagram page, Blood and Rain, and leads the Anti-Fragile Fitness online community.
He's also a stage-trained actor, brooding and thoughtful writer, and an aspiring pro fighter whose physique looks like a dump truck with fists.
In 2020 he felt the call to speak up on masculinity, fitness, philosophy, geopolitics, art, culture, literature, the SF-Oakland Bay Area, and, of course, fighting.
He's since become a mentor and role model in his own right, leading the men of Anti-Fragile Fitness, forward into war. Cultural war, political war, religious war, a war on weakness, gravity, and the other man in the ring.
